Many of you have probably heard about No Contact and are wondering if it works. For those of you who don’t know, No Contact is basically about not initiating any communication at all with your ex. It is not recommended for every break up out there, but it does work on some.
Here are some things you need to know to get your ex girlfriend back with no contact.
1.No Contact will give you both time to heal

2. No Contact will give you both time to reflect and understand what went wrong
When you aren’t in contact with your ex, both of you can reflect on what happened and understand what went wrong. Maybe you’ve started to take for her granted, or maybe she misses how both of you acted in the beginning.
Whatever the reason, this time of No Contact will help you realize a lot of things and help you build a stronger relationship if you get back together. 3. No Contact will make her realize how much she misses you

But if you’re always calling her and acting that you’re there, she won’t be able to miss you and it won’t give her a reason to think of returning back to you.

I am trying the no contact thing, but what do you do when you work with this person and see this person from time to time at work?
No contact works as long as u aren’t being rude about it, I will most likely use the “minimal” contact approach, be courteous but at the same time don’t always be readily available. Stay busy and active so everytime she calls or txt u will get back to her on your terms. BUT don’t make it so obvious that this is what u are doing or she will catch notice and not let it effect her at all.
